Job summary

OP360 (OfficePartners360) is seeking a results-driven Mandarin-Cantonese bilingual Sales Representative to support B2B sales and new business development for Google Education products. The role focuses on engaging US K-12 schools and districts to identify opportunities, promote education technology solutions, and build long-term client relationships.

You will reach out through calls, emails, and social channels, qualify leads, conduct discovery, present solutions, and manage a healthy sales

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin-Cantonese and English in a business setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented and proactive in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to US K-12 schools and districts via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and challenges.
• Present Google Education products to potential customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
• Manage sales pipelines and CRM data.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
• Follow up with leads to nurture opportunities and close sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on market trends and product improvements.
