Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mandarin-Cantonese and English in a business setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
• B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to K-12 schools and school districts in the United States through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
• Identify prospective customers, generate leads, and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' needs and challenges.
• Present and promote Google Education products and solutions to potential customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential.
• Manage sales pipelines, prospect information, and customer interactions using CRM systems.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and activity metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve the customer experience.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product improvement.
