Job Summary:

The HR Solutions Services Associate III is responsible for providing workforce administration and HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. This role manages employee records, HR transactions, onboarding and offboarding processes, data accuracy in alignment with client company policy and compliance rules, and status updates on the HR Transactions. The HR Solutions Services Associate III ensures timely and accurate HR service delivery while maintaining compliance with client and Conduent company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications:

more than 1 year of working experience in BPO, Human Resource Offshore, or HR Shared Services environment.

Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/ SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.

Excellent command in both Mandarin and English language.

Attained at least Senior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum), or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
