Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Business Unit Head for Domestic Freight in the Philippines. The role oversees end-to-end domestic air and sea freight operations, ensuring network efficiency, compliance, and strong commercial performance across the country.

It requires strategic leadership and hands-on oversight of multi-site teams. The successful candidate will drive P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization while collaborating with carriers, ports, and agencies to enhance service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in logistics, freight, or transportation.
• At least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience managing nationwide operations and multi-site teams.
• Strong background in P&L management and business strategy.
• Experience in Philippine domestic logistics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Oversee nationwide freight operations (air and sea), ensuring service quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Own and manage full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Drive process improvements, innovation, and network expansion opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (carriers, ports, agencies).
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Education
