Job summary

Tap Growth ai in the Philippines is seeking a Manager – TM Refurbishment / TM Sealing & Bonding (Projects) to lead product development and go-to-market initiatives in construction materials. You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to deliver value-added refurbishments and sealing solutions.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years in product/marketing management, strong analytical skills, and experience in multi-site project execution.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with professional license.
• Minimum 5 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in construction materials, chemicals, building components, or related devices.
• Proven track record launching new products/services to market.
• Experience in sales and/or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmap strategies through market research and customer insights.
• Collaborate with R&D, Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to implement strategies.
• Lead forecast accuracy targets and manage qualified leads for Sales.
• Create product content and literature for Sales and Marketing.
• Train and develop Sales and Marketing personnel to strengthen product knowledge.
• Achieve target sales and material margin.
• Manage inventory and minimize write-offs.
• Handle product permits, tests, certificates, data sheets, packaging, and related documentation.
• Manage Product Creation Process (PCP) ensuring systems (SIP, PDS2PIM, SAP, etc.) are updated.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

Education

• Licensed Civil Engineer

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management, preferably in construction materials, chemicals, building components, mechanical or electrical devices/equipment.
• Proven track record in developing and launching new products/services to market.
• Experience in sales and/or multinational organizations is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong research and data-driven analysis skills; ability to ideate product roadmap strategies.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management (launch to termination), content creation, pricing, demand forecasting, and lead qualification.
• Working knowledge of P&L management and route-to-market strategies (Projects and Retail).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product marketing IT tools (SAP, Salesforce, Product DMS, etc.).

Operational
