Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India, seeks a Manager for Services Sales & BD in Goa. The role focuses on business development for retrofit, upgrade, and modernization of electrical and automation systems, collaborating with service teams and partners.

With 5–8 years of experience, you will lead customer engagements, guide material estimation, and provide on-site technical support during commissioning to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–8 years in services sales or BD in electrical/automation.
• Willing to travel within Goa region and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop business for Retrofit/Upgrade & Modernisation of electrical & automation systems.
• Visit customers with Service teams and partners to showcase Retrofit/Upgrade solutions.
• Assist Partners in deriving bill of material for retrofit/upgrades.
• Provide technical support to Service centres/partners for switchgear selection/installation.
• Visit sites for on-site technical support during commissioning.

Designation: Manager - Services Sales & BD - Goa

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development for Retrofit/Upgrade & Modernisation of Electrical & Automation systems.
2. Visit customers along with Service team/Service centres/Modernization Solution partners & independently to showcase/explain Retrofit/Upgrade/Modernisation solutions.
3. Support to Solution Partners for deriving Bill of material for a system to be retrofitted/ Upgraded.
4. Providing technical support to Service centres/Solution partners for Selection/installation of Switchgear & other products.
5. Visit sites for technical support during commissioning.
