Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Trainer (STC) to lead technical training programs for customers and internal teams in Delhi. You will design new training modules, evolve existing programs with the latest tech, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a strong training center that enhances our brand's technical image worldwide.

This role offers leadership of skilled engineering teams, exposure to cutting-edge power systems, and opportunities to drive strategic training

Qualifications

• Conducting various technical programs as faculty for our customers and internal employees
• Expanding customer base & maintaining relationships; understanding training needs and offering solutions
• Explain product USPs, demonstrating solutions to visiting customers and offering technical support to the sales team
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance to enhance the brand image
• Design and development of new training modules per customer and industry needs
• Improvise training programs with new products and technology upgrades
• Design and development of innovative test setups and hands-on training demonstrations
• Increase brand reach and maintain relationships through training events
• Administer SAP-related activities for training centre infrastructure

Senior Manager – Technical Trainer (STC)

Location: Delhi

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical and Automation is a pioneering electrical and automation brand with a rich legacy of over 70 years in India. We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting various technical programs as faculty for our customers as well as internal employees
2. Expanding customer base, maintaining relationship with existing customer, understanding training requirement from customer and offering training solution accordingly
3. Explain product USPs, explaining & demonstrating various solution to visiting customers and offer technical support to customer facing team
4. Understand customer requirement & offer technical guide to customers and helping our organization in creating/enhancing technical image of our brand
5. Design and development of new training module as per customer's need, product management team's need, current technology trend in industry etc.
6. Improvising existing training programs as per new products and technology upgradation
7. Design and development of innovative test setup, demonstration setup for demonstrating product USPs & hands-on training sessions
8. Increase brand reach and maintain/improve relation with existing customer through training events.
9. To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.) for improving & maintaining complete training centre infrastructure.
