Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling construction activities to ensure project completion within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, cash flow forecasts, and progress measurement systems using project management tools.
Manage contract administration activities including review of contract conditions, compliance monitoring, variation orders, claims, extensions of time (EOT), subcontractor performance, and contractual correspondence. Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, commercial, and site teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
Monitor project costs, prepare budget forecasts, track commitments and expenditures, analyze cost variances, and support cost control initiatives. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, earned value analysis, productivity assessments, and management presentations. Identify project risks, delays, and constraints, and recommend mitigation measures to maintain project performance.
Ensure accurate progress measurement, invoicing support, documentation control, and timely reporting to management and clients. Requires a Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with experience in project planning, scheduling, contracts management, cost control, project monitoring, Primavera P6/MS Project, and construction project execution.
