Job summary

Csod in the Philippines is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to design and implement employee engagement initiatives and internal communications that support our employer brand.

You will work with team leads to craft content across channels, analyze engagement data, and advocate wellbeing programs for the organization.

Lead the development of communications calendars, ensure consistency across mediums, and draft messages for senior leaders and hosts to engage employees effectively.

• Establish an internal communications calendar aligned with the people management and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Design, develop, layout, edit, and author internal communications across presentations, announcements, information campaigns across channels
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across mediums and aligned with branding guidelines
• Draft messages or scripts for senior executives and program hosts for presentations
• Collect data and analyze employee interaction and engagement; provide periodic reports and insights
• Stay current with communications trends and best practices
• Implement employee wellbeing initiatives

Job description

The focus of this role is to ensure employees feel valued and invested in their work through designing, developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications to sustain organization's ambition and employer brand promise.

This role will use data and understanding of the employee journey, working closely with team leaders and employees, to create, recommend and implement company-wide internal communication content

ROLE

• Establish an internal communications calendar aligned with the over-all people management and employee wellbeing initiatives
• Design, develop, layout, edit, and author a variety of internal communications including, but not limited to, presentations, announcement and information campaigns, to be delivered across a variety of communications channels
• Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and are aligned with ASW branding guidelines
• Draft messages or scripts for senior executives and program hosts for presentation to employees written or spoken form
• Collect data and analyze employee interaction and engagement in all communication mediums and employee programs, provide periodic reports and insights to continuously improve employee engagement initiatives
• Stay current with communications trends and best practices
• Implement employee wellbeing initiatives
