1. Student Engagement and Programming

Objective: Develop and implement programs, activities, and initiatives to enhance student engagement, involvement, and sense of belonging.

• Plan, organize, and oversee a diverse range of student events, clubs, and activities that cater to the interests and needs of the student body.
• Collaborate with student leaders, campus organizations, and faculty advisors to support the development and sustainability of student-led initiatives and organizations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of student programs and events through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and assessment tools, and make recommendations for improvement.

2. Student Support and Advocacy

Objective: Provide advocacy, support, and resources to address the academic, personal, and social needs of students.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for students seeking assistance, guidance, or referrals for academic, personal, or crisis-related concerns.
• Coordinate support services and resources, including counseling, health services, disability accommodations, and financial aid, to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
• Advocate for student interests and needs within the institution, working collaboratively with faculty, administrators, and staff to address systemic barriers and promote student success.

3. Residential Life and Housing Management

Objective: Oversee the administration and operations of residential life and housing services to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment for students.

• Provide leadership and supervision to residential life staff, including resident assistants and housing coordinators, to ensure effective support and resources for residential students.

• Provide proactive outreach and support to students at risk of academic probation, withdrawal, or other challenges, connecting them with resources and interventions to support their success.
