Job Description

The Facilities Manager 1 is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day facilities operations of assigned sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive workplace environment. The role leads the implementation of facility management programs, preventive and corrective maintenance activities, vendor and contractor management, workplace projects, compliance initiatives, and operational service delivery. The position serves as the primary point of contact for facilities‑related concerns, ensuring adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, budget controls, and service level agreements.
