Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Manager I, Facilities to oversee day-to-day facilities operations at the UP Ayala TechnoHub site in Quezon City. The role ensures a safe, efficient workplace and executes facility management programs, preventive maintenance, and compliance with applicable standards and SLAs.

The position coordinates with stakeholders, monitors budgets, and drives improvements to enhance workforce experience and operational excellence on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facilities operations and building maintenance activities.
• Lead vendor and contractor performance, ensuring service quality and compliance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and government regulations.
• Support workplace projects, renovations, and site improvement initiatives.
• Monitor facilities budgets, expenses, and operational efficiencies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address facility-related requests and concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide management updates on facilities performance.
