The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data governance or MDM, leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, plus strong analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in data governance or master data management.
• Leadership or people management experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL or other reporting tools is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Data Governance Manager to lead our enterprise data governance operations and ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of master data across Xerox. This role partners with global business teams to establish governance standards, improve data quality, drive process improvements, and support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with experience in master data management, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of enterprise data governance and master data management processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of customer, vendor, material, pricing, and other critical master data.
• Develop and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Partner with business, IT, and Global Business Services teams to resolve data issues and implement governance best practices.
• Support ERP, digital transformation, and data migration projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing Data Governance team.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies, internal controls, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management, Business Operations, or related functions.
• At least 3 years of leadership or people management experience preferred.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
