Job summary

Lexmark Research & Development Corporation in Cebu City seeks a seasoned leader to oversee data governance, data quality, and information architecture. The role drives business plans and ensures resources and alignment with global objectives.

You will coordinate with business units to maximize productivity, supervise staff, and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and data integrity. Bachelor’s degree and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, IT, Informatics, Business Management or related field.
• Experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design/implementation.

The manager develops business management goals and objectives that align to global company vision/mission for growth and prosperity. The manager is responsible for designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. The manager is accountable to ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its required activities and deliverables.

Leads a team of business application support analysts focused on first/second level resolution support for D2V systems and subscribing systems as well as providing reporting, monitoring and analysis of data quality and integrity checks. Knowledge in Azure, Machine Learning, Microsoft Power Platforms, or related platforms would be an added advantage.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant work experience in data quality management, information architecture and governance design and implementation, with significant influence on overall direction of data governance management
