Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Data Governance Manager to lead enterprise data governance and master data management initiatives in the Philippines. The role partners with global business teams to set governance standards and drive improvements across critical data domains.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in data governance or MDM, leadership experience, and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, plus strong analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in data governance or master data management.
• Leadership or people management experience is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL or other reporting tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data governance and master data management processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer, vendor, material, pricing data.
• Develop data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance KPIs.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation.
• Partner with IT and global teams to resolve data issues and implement governance best practices.
• Support ERP, digital transformation, and data migration projects.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Governance team.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and SLAs.
