Job summary

The Data Analyst at Xerox Holdings Corporation in the Philippines designs, develops, and maintains reporting and analytics solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. You will build BI dashboards and automated reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will collaborate with business leaders, customers, and tech teams to improve reporting processes, validate data, and present findings through visuals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles.
• Experience with SQL querying and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
• Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases to support operational and strategic reporting.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using statistical and analytical techniques.
• Present findings, recommendations, and key business insights through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define reporting requirements and analytics initiatives.
• Perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting platforms, user access management, governance processes, and incident resolution activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, technical specifications, process procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in special projects, governance reviews, and cross-functional initiatives to improve reporting capabilities and service delivery.

What You Need to Succeed
