Jollibee Group in the Philippines is seeking a Management Trainee to support store operations and ensure excellent customer service. You will implement and monitor Food Safety and Cleanliness programs and oversee dine-in and take-home service quality.

You will lead workforce planning, training new hires, manage schedules, and assist with store admin, permits, and safety programs, while building relationships with institutional accounts to drive sales and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a food or business-related field.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all store levels.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work shifts and long hours.

Responsabilités

• Implementation and assurance of compliance on Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
