Job summary

Jollibee Group in the Philippines is seeking a Management Trainee to support day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness programs, and delivering prompt service for Dine-In and Take-Home customers.

You will contribute to sales growth by working with the Restaurant Manager on client relations for institutional accounts, assess opportunities in operations and costs, and help with manpower planning, scheduling, orientation, and government permits, reporting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food or Business-related field.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication with all levels in the store operations.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Implementation and assurance of compliance on Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; Ensures customers' needs are attended to promptly.
