KNC Group of Companies is seeking a Management Trainee for our Mang Inasal store in Pililla, Rizal. The role involves assisting in daily restaurant operations, ensuring top customer service, and supporting inventory, quality, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Hospitality Management/HRM, with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced food-service environment. This is a full-time on-site position with weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or related field.
• Preferably with Mang Inasal store working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be trained and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow in the food service industry.
