Job summary

Contemporain Foods Inc. is offering a Management Trainee role designed to develop future leaders within our store management operations.

This full-time program provides exposure to all aspects of store management, working with experienced managers to build skills for advancement into store leadership positions. You will gain hands-on experience across inventory, scheduling, customer service, policy implementation, and POS procedures while contributing to sales targets and store performance.

Qualifications

• A qualification in retail management, business administration, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with POS.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day store operations including stock management and merchandising.

About the role

We are excited to offer a Management Trainee position at Contemporain Foods Inc. This is a full-time role designed to develop future leaders within our store management operations. As a Management Trainee, you will gain comprehensive exposure to all aspects of store management, working alongside experienced managers to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for advancement into store leadership positions. This role is strategically important to our organization as it nurtures the next generation of managers who will drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across our retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, merchandising, and visual displays
• Supporting customer service initiatives and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Learning and implementing company policies, procedures, and best practices under the guidance of senior management
