Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, commerce or a related field.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and POS systems or willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management and supervision of store operations including opening/closing.
• Support store management in implementing company policies and standards.
• Learn stock management, merchandising and inventory control processes.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance monitoring.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints.
