• Supports facility management by monitoring tenant concerns, preparing service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of deficiencies.
• Coordinates safety and security compliance through inspections, memos, and deficiency reporting.
• Provides administrative support including scheduling meetings, organizing permits, and assisting with events or logistics.
• Engages in continuous learning and skill development to improve performance.
