Job summary

The Mall Head at Primer Group of Companies oversees daily store operations across mall-based locations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving sales performance.

As a liaison between frontline employees and management, the role provides timely updates on mall activity, marketing trends, and competitor actions to support strategic decisions and brand positioning.

Qualifications

• College graduate; 3+ years in retail operations, store management, or supervisory roles, preferably mall-based.
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing daily operations.
• Experience working in a mall-based or multi-unit environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of store teams.
• Provide training, guidance, and motivation to store staff.
• Communicate and cascade approved shift schedules to all team members.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, productivity standards, and performance expectations.
• Serve as reliever during staff absences or rest days.
• Conduct regular audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations.
• Lead high-impact visual merchandising including seasonal displays and proper product presentation.
• Monitor store traffic and product placement to optimize customer experience.
• Support inventory management, replenishment, and stocktaking.
• Monitor mall foot traffic and coordinate with mall administration on events and promotions.
• Provide feedback on local marketing efforts and mall-driven initiatives.
