Job summary

Sta. Lucia Commercial Inc. is seeking a Mall Operations Manager to oversee daily mall operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent tenant experience.

You will lead the mall management team, implement policies, monitor facilities, and drive revenue growth through operational excellence. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, REE/PE preferred, 3–5 years in mall or facilities management, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE/PE).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in mall management, facilities management, or building operations.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience handling large teams.
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, safety, and mall operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and related software is an advantage.
• Currently residing in Davao City.
• Willing to work onsite and respond to operational emergencies when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the mall management and operations team
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and improvement strategies
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, safety, security, and emergency response activities
• Monitor operating expenses, budgets, and compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Support marketing, promotional events, and initiatives that drive foot traffic and tenant sales
• Address operational and tenant concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management
