Job summary

Lim Property Solutions OPC is seeking a highly motivated professional to manage day-to-day mall operations while supporting commercial objectives. You will oversee operations and commercial performance, and coordinate with internal teams to execute initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1–2 years in mall/property management, leasing, or retail operations, with strong leadership and communication skills. Willing to be deployed in Isabela.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in mall management, property management, leasing, retail, sales, or commercial operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and commercial performance of the mall.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase leasing performance, occupancy, and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, tenant performance, and mall performance and recommend appropriate business strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve tenant mix, customer experience, and mall profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of operational and commercial initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor reports related to mall operations, leasing, revenue, and business performance.
• Ensure company policies, operational standards, and business objectives are achieved.

• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.

• Able to work independently and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Willing to be assigned/deployed in Isabela.
