Position description: Review, analyze, propose and advise management on matters related to mall operations and ensure that the malls under the region are performing in accordance with Management’s set goals and directions, including the build-up of customer/consumer interest, control of costs, improvement and maintenance of facilities, enhancement of physical value, and such other related objectives; and, oversee the performance of the malls in terms of monitoring, reviewing and analyzing information relative to the utilization of mall physical facilities, compliance to standards in operations, utilization of work force and personnel, and such other areas that will impact on operational and strategic performance for the purpose of achieving regional mall targets within the limits and conditions provided by top management, as well as rules and regulations established by the company including company policies and procedures, convention and practices including governmental rules and regulations or laws.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leads the overall operations of the mall to achieve sustained profitability and operational efficiency through effective income generation and cost management strategies.
  Oversees property management initiatives to maintain and enhance the mall’s value, ensuring all facilities, utilities, and amenities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
  Manages tenant relations and lease operations to achieve high occupancy rates, strengthen partnerships, and support tenant success and satisfaction.
  Ensures full compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and environmental standards through accurate reporting, documentation, and operational alignment with corporate objectives.
  Develops and empowers mall teams through strong leadership, continuous performance management, and talent development to sustain high operational standards and employee engagement.
