Job summary

DoubleDragon Properties Corp. seeks a Building Maintenance Supervisor in Calabarzon to oversee electrical and mechanical systems across mall facilities, ensuring safe, reliable operation and regulatory compliance.

You will supervise technicians, manage preventive maintenance, prepare reports, and coordinate with the DDPMC team to optimize energy use and cost efficiency while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Professional License is required.
• At least one year of work experience.
• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience in building property or mall preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Mall Supervisors in performing basic PM on machineries and equipment using the standard DDPMC PM Checklist.
• Maintain a logbook for each building equipment containing operating and maintenance data to support the PM Checklist.
• Perform basic in-house repairs on building common equipment with prior consultation with DDPMC Technical Head and maintain a history of repairs and replacements.
• Ensure safety systems (Fire Pump, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm) are operational and that emergency egress and lighting are functional.
• Ensure generator sets are in full automatic transfer operation and fueled.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory of tools, materials and equipment.
• Handle tenant renovations per approved plans by DD Design.
• Comply with government laws and regulations.
• Provide third-party preventive maintenance for equipment outside DDPMC’s scope.
• Evaluate and implement energy/material savings programs.
• Be prepared to take over mall operations when no mall supervisor is available.
