Job summary

SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation) is seeking a highly skilled Resident Engineer to oversee mall equipment operations and ensure reliable utilities for daily operations. You will plan and implement maintenance, repairs, and replacements of MEPFS systems, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires a PRC-licensed engineer with 3+ years in facilities or property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Based in Zamboanga City with on-site work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical).
Must be a PRC Licensed Engineer (Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer).
At least 3 years of experience in Building, Facilities, or Property Management.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of mall equipment and utility systems.
Plan and implement maintenance, repairs, and replacements of MEPFS systems.
Ensure safe and efficient operations of all technical systems.
Monitor compliance with government and LGU regulations and standards.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for technical works.
