Job summary

WalterMart Community Mall seeks a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering to oversee building systems and preventive maintenance.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and registration as an engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome, and you must be willing to work Saturdays and holidays to keep mall operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer is required.
• At least 6 months and up working experience in building/facility management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have good technical and management skills; mall/retail industry a plus.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays.

• Ensure all store facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
• Implements standard maintenance program with emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve maintenance and safety matters.
• Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
• Attends to lessees’ complaints or requests on maintenance services.
• Supervises contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
• Performs other functions as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Must be a Registered Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

• At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
