Job summary

SM Family Entertainment Center Inc. seeks a senior manager to oversee full-cycle amusement operations across multiple locations, including P&L responsibility.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, ensure ride status, sales analytics, documentation, and systems compliance from MOA Square, Pasay. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in safety, security, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance, with strong communication and asset management skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in amusement operations or related senior managerial role.
• Experience handling multiple locations or areas preferred.
• Strong safety, security, regulatory compliance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategize, recommend and manage amusement deployments within his/her area.
• Coordinate with workforce provider on key management goals and requirements.
• Manage the P&L of amusement deployments including SMPHI-owned rides and short-term attractions.
• Act as the end-to-end point person of mall operations for FECI amusement operations including ride status, sales analytics, documentation and systems.
• Oversee end-of-day performance, produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analytics, coordinate budgets and share insights externally.

Ensures the full cycle implementation of Family Entertainment's (FECI) mall amusement plans and programs. Works with multiple stakeholders to service both the needs of the Business Unit, Mall and attain profitability.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

AMUSEMENT OPERATIONS

• Strategize, recommend and manage attraction deployments within his/her area
• Coordinate with workforce provider on key management goals and requirements
• Manage the P&L of amusement deployments in his/her area which includes SMPHI-owned rides and short-term roving attractions
• Act as the end-to-end point person of mall operations in his area with regards to FECI amusement operations covering ride status, sales analytics, documentation and systems
• To command of EOD performance, generates weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual analytics, budget coordination, cascades operational insights to both internal and external network.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• With at least 5 years of experience; preferably handling multiple locations or area

WORK LOCATION

• Candidates must be willing to be assigned at the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
• Willing to travel and cover NCR & North Luzon area.
