Job summary

VelcoAsia Group of Companies in Makati seeks a dynamic Events and Venue Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and bookings for hotel and events venues in Makati and nearby areas.

You will prospect corporate clients, plan meetings, conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and coordinate with hotel and events teams to deliver successful events.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive, target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hotel, events, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-acquisition skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and confident in approaching new clients.
• Willing to conduct field sales and client visits, particularly in Makati.
• Experience in B2B or events sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and acquire new clients for events and venue bookings.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, client visits, networking, and social media prospecting.
• Target corporate companies, HR/Admin departments, event planners, schools, organizations, and private clients.
• Promote the venue for meetings, seminars, conferences, weddings, parties, and corporate events.
• Conduct venue tours and client presentations.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and event partners.
• Meet monthly sales and booking targets.
• Coordinate with hotel and events teams to ensure successful event execution.
