Job summary

MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to administer compensation, statutory benefits, and company benefit programs. The ideal candidate will be organized and capable in HR functions within the team.

Responsibilities include processing enrolments, maintaining benefit records, coordinating with providers and government agencies, and preparing reports. 2–3 years experience and a related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Philippine benefit practices.
• Strong numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and vendor coordination.
• Proficient in Excel and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Process employee enrolment, updates, claims, and benefit inquiries.
• Maintain salary, allowance, insurance, and statutory benefit records.
• Coordinate with providers and government agencies.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and reconciliations.
• Support salary review, benchmarking, and policy implementation.
