Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR experience.
• Experience with compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine benefit practices (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Strong numerical accuracy and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process employee enrolment, updates, claims, and benefit inquiries.
• Maintain salary, allowance, insurance, and statutory benefit records.
• Coordinate with providers and government agencies.
• Prepare compensation and benefits reports and reconciliations.
• Support salary review, benchmarking, and policy implementation.
