Job summary

ScalableOS in Makati City is seeking a Major Account Sales Assistant to ensure accurate, timely, and high‑quality transactions for all products and solutions, supporting Sales Representatives and driving client satisfaction.

This role handles quotes, vendor quotes, proposals, and order paperwork, plus Salesforce administration, opportunity validation, and reporting. A proactive communicator who can manage multiple tasks, work remotely, and adapt to a permanent night shift will thrive in our team.

Qualifications

• Strong decision making, time management, accountability, and high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer oriented and capable of handling inquiries via phone, fax, email, and mail.
• Proficiency with business collaboration tools including MS Office applications, Outlook, vendor software and company specific programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Major Account Sales Representatives by performing sales support activities including product inquiry, preparing quotes, proposals, obtaining vendor quotes and checking availability of product.
• Process orders and supporting documentation including vendor quotes, special pricing, configurations, PO documentation, lease documentation to Purchasing.
• Administrative duties in Salesforce as needed e.g. creating opportunities, cases, validation of closed opportunities, matching products and terms, assigning sales reps.
• Build customer relationships in multiple channels, including phone, fax, email, and mail.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.

SUMMARY

The Major Account Sales Assistant role responsible for accurate, timely and qualitytransactions of all products and solutions to company’s Sales Representatives thatcontribute to a high level of client satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Major Account Sales Representatives by performing sales supportactivities including product inquiry, preparing quotes, proposals, obtainingvendor quotes and checking availability of product.
• Process orders and supporting documentation which includes vendor quotes,special pricing requests, configurations, PO documentation, leasedocumentation, etc. to our Purchasing Department
• Administrative duties in Salesforce as needed such as creating newopportunities, cases, validation of closed opportunities having products,correct terms, assigning accurate sales rep, etc.
• Build customer relationships in a variety of ways, including answering clientinquiries from phone, fax, email, and mail.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Registration of accounts for NBO and special bid or big deal pricing asneeded.
• Create and manage Salesforce reporting and validation of accurateopportunities.
• Maintain product training by staying current with products, technology,recalls, etc.
• Attend events to drive demand for company’s solutions and developrelationships with customers.
• Provide backup to other Inside Sales team members as needed.
• Attend required company and departmental meetings.
• Act in accordance with company policies and procedures as set forth in theEmployee Handbook.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule. Hours may vary andinclude nights, weekends, and holidays.
