Job summary

IBC International Builders Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support its plant operations in Western Visayas. You will perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, ensuring reliability and safety in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a vocational or high school qualification in a mechanical field, and a willingness to work across Western Visayas.

Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and proper use of tools.
• Knowledge of motors, pumps, bearings, gears, and conveyors is an advantage.
• 1 year of related working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues and potential breakdowns.
• Assists in the installation, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical parts and components.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area and follows maintenance procedures.
• Performs other related mechanical and maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the work area and follows established maintenance procedures.
• Performs other related mechanical and maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1. High School level or Vocational Graduate, preferably in a mechanical-related course.
• 2. With TESDA National Certificate or knowledge of mechanical systems such as motors, pumps, bearings, gears, and conveyors is an advantage.
• 3. At least 1 year of related working experience.
• 4. Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and proper use of tools.
• 5. 4. Willing to be assigned within Western Visayas.
