Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Taytay, Rizal to oversee plant equipment and condition. You will lead a maintenance team, plan preventive and corrective programs, and ensure safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/construction, and strong leadership and troubleshooting skills. This on-site role focuses on reliability and uptime of critical systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
Experience in industrial or plant maintenance in manufacturing/construction.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Familiar with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Willing to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment and machinery.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate troubleshooting and repairs.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and procedures.
Lead and guide maintenance personnel in performing assigned tasks.
Monitor maintenance schedules, equipment downtime, spare parts, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with other departments to minimize production interruptions.
Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
