Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance meetings, allocate staff, and supervise repair and preventive tasks on manufacturing machinery in Bulacan. The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 2-3 years of related experience.

You will manage maintenance staff, address machine issues, and ensure housekeeping standards while coordinating with upper management. Must be willing to work in Guyong Sta, Maria Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2-3 years of related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong people management skills are required.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills on machineries and equipment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Initiate daily maintenance meetings with maintenance staff and allocate manpower.
• Supervise maintenance work and report completion to supervisor.
• Handle mechanical and electrical trouble including machine rehabilitation.
• Oversee maintenance operations during preventive and corrective tasks.
• Keep upper management informed of department issues affecting performance.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the assigned area.
• Willing to work in Guyong Sta, Maria Bulacan.
