Job summary

Consistent Frozen Solutions Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Associate to troubleshoot and maintain CMS production equipment on the shop floor. You will monitor maintenance activities and ensure safety and quality standards across operations.

You will perform regular PM checks, review maintenance programs, and respond promptly to machine breakdowns, collaborating with staff and other departments to keep production running smoothly.

About the role

The Maintenance Associate is responsible for troubleshooting major and minor issues and concerns in the production shop floor. The role includes monitoring maintenance activities across the CMS production area.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks in compliance with set standards in safety and quality

• Check and review regular Preventive Maintenance Programs in all machines in CMS production floor

• Perform routine health and safety checks to ensure all machines are working properly

• Prepare reporting of regular PM program activities

• Utilize tools, materials and equipment related to assigned area of responsibility

• Evaluate equipment and supplies to ensure effective operations

• Execute special projects and assignments

• Effectively respond to emergency machine breakdowns

• Interact with staff and other inter-departmental communications as needed
