Pacific Synergy Food and Beverage Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Planner to develop and sustain preventive maintenance plans for equipment, utilities, and facilities. You will prioritize corrective, preventive, and predictive activities based on equipment condition and operational needs.
The role requires a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering and experience in maintenance planning, manufacturing, or plant operations.
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) plans and schedules for equipment, machinery, utilities, and facilities.
Plan and prioritize corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities based on equipment condition and operational requirements.
Prepare detailed work orders, job plans, and maintenance schedules for technicians.
Coordinate with Production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Ensure required spare parts, tools, manpower, and materials are available before scheduled maintenance work.
Monitor the completion of maintenance activities and update maintenance records accordingly.
Maintain accurate equipment history, maintenance records, and work order documentation.
Coordinate with the Warehouse/Procurement Team regarding spare parts and maintenance materials.
Monitor preventive maintenance compliance and identify overdue maintenance activities.
Assist in analyzing equipment breakdowns, recurring failures, downtime, and maintenance costs.
Generate and maintain maintenance reports and performance indicators such as PM compliance, equipment downtime, backlog, and maintenance costs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, food safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Assist in developing maintenance procedures, checklists, and standard work instructions.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance activities when necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or immediate superior.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably with experience in maintenance planning, manufacturing, engineering, or plant operations.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Familiarity with CMMS/SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of spare parts management, work order management, and maintenance scheduling.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Knowledge of IWS (Integrated Work System) or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
