Job summary

Frabelle Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain and repair production machinery, ensuring optimal equipment performance and adherence to safety standards. You will support the Maintenance Lead with preventive and TPM programs, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help improve processes, equipment efficiency, and reliability.

The role requires flexibility to assist production during holidays or rest days and involves problem-solving using DMAIC,

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot plant machinery and mechanical systems.
• Identify and correct malfunctions in systems or components, recommending design modifications where applicable.
• Execute preventive maintenance and TPM programs under the guidance of the Maintenance Lead.
• Recommend and prepare materials, spare parts, and tools required for maintenance and repairs.
• Contribute ideas for improving work processes, equipment efficiency, and reliability.
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives using DMAIC, FMECA, and RCA tools (5 Whys, 6W2H, Breakdown Analysis, Fishbone Diagram).
• Support production operations as required, including during holidays or rest days, and remain flexible with shifting schedules.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Engineering & Project Manager, Engineering Leads, or PM Planner to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

About the role

Responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and mechanically related building utilities, ensuring optimal equipment performance and adherence to environmental and safety standards. The role supports the Maintenance Lead in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance activities and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant.
