Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, calibrating equipment, replacing parts, maintaining records, and ensuring safe operation.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have hands-on experience with maintenance of production machinery.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines and equipment.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems.
• Monitor machine performance and identify potential equipment issues.
• Perform machine adjustments, calibration, and replacement of defective parts when required.
• Ensure machines are operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance.
• Follow safety procedures, GMP, sanitation, and company maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with production operators and supervisors regarding machine issues and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the maintenance area and tools.
• Assist in equipment improvement and preventive maintenance programs.
• Perform other technical and maintenance-related duties as assigned.
