Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corp. in the Philippines seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of Operators and Technicians, ensuring high machine availability and effective maintenance planning. You will delegate issues, schedule preventive work, and coordinate internal and external tasks to minimize downtime.

The role demands strong communication, coaching skills, and solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability, with a focus on continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree preferred.
• Proven experience as Utilities/Maintenance Supervisor or similar.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Detail oriented and organized.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
• Strong knowledge in Maintenance and Reliability.

Responsibilities

• Delegate maintenance issues and small projects by shift.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Schedule internal and external work to maximize uptime.
• Manage a team of Operators and Technicians to ensure machine availability.
• Monitor task completion and record performance.
• Provide people management.
• Customer focus / Innovation management.
• Provide backup support to other groups.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
