Job summary

E-GMP INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance technicians and oversee day-to-day activities for high-volume manufacturing lines in the Philippines. The role focuses on reliability, cost control, and safety compliance.

You will apply Kaizen, 5Ys, and Lean Six Sigma tools, work with SAP/CMMS, and coordinate with vendors to meet SCR targets and uptime requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) is typically required.
• 2-7+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing, with a preference for the food/beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach technical teams in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians, including hiring and performance management.
• Direct day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective actions for machinery and facilities.
• Ensure high availability of production lines, including filler, blow molding, and conveyors, often aiming for >90% Maintenance Schedule Completion Rate (SCR).
• Manage Maintenance and Repair (R&M) budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor contracts to reduce operational costs.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and KORE (Coca-Cola's operating requirements).
• Utilize tools like Kaizen, 5Ys, and Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes of equipment failure and improve efficiency.
• Utilize SAP and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and maintenance KPI data.
