Confidential Jobs in the Philippines seeks an experienced Preventive Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategies across heavy industrial facilities. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, planners, and technicians to maximize equipment availability while optimizing costs and ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, 8+ years in heavy industries, and at least 3 years in supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
8+ years of preventive maintenance experience in heavy industries.
At least 3 years in direct supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of reliability analysis tools and maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies (Preventive, Predictive, Proactive, Corrective).
Direct and coach planners, condition monitoring engineers, reliability engineers, and lubrication supervisors.
Lead reliability framework implementations to reduce recurring failures and improve MTBF.
Oversee condition monitoring programs and lubrication strategies for peak machinery performance.
Direct planning, scheduling, budgets, and CMMS integration (SAP).
Coordinate with operations, OEMs, contractors, and project teams for maintenance turnarounds and CAPEX.
Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
