• Provide direction for Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventive Maintenance departments to align with long-term targets.
• Use data analytics to optimize equipment availability and establish baseline KPIs.
• Direct major plant overhauls, critical-path maintenance projects, and replacement strategies.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, optimize spare parts inventory, and drive cost-reduction efforts.
