Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Batangas to organize and lead the maintenance team, ensuring safe, productive machinery operations. The role requires analyzing data to drive cost reduction and sustaining machine effectiveness through RCA/PDCA for breakdowns.

Candidates should have 5 years of manufacturing supervision experience and knowledge of IATF16949, ISO, and related regulations. Shift-based schedule and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

Graduate of any related engineering and technical course.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience supervising and managing a maintenance team.
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO and related regulation cost management.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead all activities of the maintenance team to maintain safe, productive machinery quality.
Plan and analyze machinery data to create an effective maintenance cost reduction program.
Review and control indices to continuously improve quality and machine effectiveness.
Provide clear instructions using the RCA and PDCA approach on breakdown maintenance activities to prevent recurrence of the problem.
Coordinate and suggest CFT to ensure the machine is in good running condition.
