Responsibilities

• Drive maximum machine uptime and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Lead daily maintenance planning and manpower allocation.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Supervise complex mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (Downtime %, Breakdown %, PM Compliance).
• Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant machine operations.
• Coordinate closely with Production to align maintenance with operational targets.
• Prepare and analyze technical and performance reports.
