Job summary

PHILIPPINE-JAPAN ACTIVE CARBON CORPORATION is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead predictive maintenance execution and supervise a team of technicians on-site. The role focuses on reliability, safety, and timely execution in a manufacturing setting within the Philippines.

The candidate will read blueprints, manage maintenance records, and collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Fresh graduates may apply with relevant trainings/workshops
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment schematics
• Willingness to work shifts and supervise maintenance activities
• Willingness to operate forklifts and use basic fabrication tools

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance execution to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Supervise maintenance team and ensure safety, quality, and timely work
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to restore operations quickly
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment history
• Enforce safety and compliance with company rules and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and support teams to align maintenance with operations
• Develop team competence through technical guidance and training
• Support projects and continuous improvement initiatives for plant performance
