Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical knowledge of operation and maintenance in the food industry.
• Experience with large mechanical and electrical equipment service and repair.
• Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan work orders, repairs, and servicing of machinery and equipment.
• Prepare technical documentation to support crew operations.
• Maintain a complete record of machine repair history.
• Identify and track materials and equipment requirements.
• Develop and control Engineering Department documentation.
