Job summary

Fresh N' Famous Food Inc.- Chowking in Muntinlupa is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Planner to orchestrate maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize plant productivity. You will ensure CMMS/SAP PM operate effectively and coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for timely actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in maintenance planning, with familiarity in process/packaging equipment, refrigeration and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance planning experience and SAP PM ERP.
• Background in process and packaging equipment, refrigeration, air conditioning and systems.
• Must be amenable to on-site work in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Operation and control of CMMS or SAP PM.
• Manage work orders: planning, updating and closure (PM, Planned Corrective Maintenance, projects).
• Notify departments for planned shutdowns and activities with business impact.
• Ensure maintenance activities stay within budget.
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers.
• Plan and implement equipment system improvements for plant needs.
• Ensure utilities like refrigeration, power, steam, and wastewater are available.
• Recommend system upgrades or acquisitions to support requirements.
• Perform cost analysis within a budget.

The Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work processes in the plant. He/she is responsible for the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct maintenance activities which result in minimum downtime and maximum productivity. He/she will ensure the proper operation of the Engineering CMMS system.

Job Description:

• Operation and control of the Engineering Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or SAP PM.
• Manages the engineering Work Order System, ensure proper creation, planning, update and closure of work orders (PM, Planned Corrective Maintenance, and Project).
• Submits written notifications to departments to coordinate planned shutdowns, maintenance, or service activities that could have a business impact.
• Ensures that maintenance activities are within budget.
• Coordinates with purchasing and suppliers.
• Plans, develop, design, initiate, analyze (including cost- benefit) and implement process and packaging equipment system, repairs and improvements needed by the plant.
• Ensures availability of refrigeration, power, steam, compressed air, water and waste water treatment.
• Recommends system upgrades, modification or acquisition to support plant requirements.
• Performs some level of cost analysis and work within a structured budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Course.
• PRC License is an advantage but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and SAP PM ERP Software in a manufacturing or similar industries.
• With background in process and packaging equipment, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilating system, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply system, wastewater and other rotating equipment operation and maintenance.
• Must be amenable to work full on site in Sucat, Muntinlupa.
